About Carlos

I am an experienced educator and veteran with a diverse teaching background spanning the United States, China, and the U.S. Navy.

My philosophy is simple: no two students are the same, so no two lessons should be the same. I adapt my teaching style to the individual needs of the student, ensuring that the material is accessible, engaging, and results-oriented.

My methodology is a hybrid of high-performance private tutoring and military-grade planning. I incorporate the award-winning strategies I honed at Prepworks, a premier tutoring company in Miami, alongside the rigorous organizational methods I mastered as an officer in the Navy.

About Me
I provide a highly structured, adaptive teaching style tailored to the specific needs of each student. My methodology is built on a foundation of diverse experience: I have taught students across the U.S. and China, and served as a Navy Officer, where in addition to my duties, I tutored U.S. Sailors. I combine the award-winning techniques of Prepworks (Miami) with the logistical precision of military planning to ensure no student is left behind.

I believe that because no two students learn the same way, no two lesson plans should be the same. My process is rooted in accountability and measurable growth:

Initial Assessment: Before we begin, I conduct a thorough evaluation of the student’s current level to identify strengths and knowledge gaps.

Clear Objectives: I provide a roadmap with clear-cut goals. Students and parents will know exactly what milestones we are aiming for as the classes progress.

Weekly Progress Analysis: Every week, I provide a status report and data-driven analysis of student progress. This ensures transparency and keeps us on track to meet our objectives.
