In this class, we will explore the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga, including proper alignment, mindful breathing, and cultivating a sense of inner calm. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there is something for everyone in this class.
Throughout our practice, I encourage you to listen to your body, honor your limitations, and approach each posture with awareness and intention. Together, we will create a space of peace and tranquility where you can reconnect with yourself and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.
