I first greet the student and talk to them about their day to feel comfortable and warm up to the lesson. Then, I find out where the student is currently at with their knowledge. From there, I set up a plan to build up any skills needed first to succeed. I also incorporate their knowledge of a different subject and relate it to what they are learning. Overall, I believe it’s important to set the atmosphere of learning first and form a strong foundation of knowledge.

Jose is a world class person that knows to interact with people on a personal level. He is also extremely intelligent, and he knows how to teach material with a lot of detail!
Jose Izaguirre is an awesome teacher you can trust. I've known Jose for a while, and he's really passionate about education and helping people succeed. He's got a solid background in Computer Science and Mathematics from Emory University, which means he knows his stuff when it comes to these subjects.
But what makes Jose stand out is his teaching style. He's super patient and really good at explaining things in a way that makes sense. Whether you're struggling with tough concepts or just need a little extra help, he's got your back. Plus, he's got a track record of helping students improve their grades, and he makes learning fun. If you're looking for a reliable and down-to-earth science and math tutor, Jose's your guy.View more recommendations
