4 years back in time: my nomadic existence brings me into contact with the metaphysical world for the first time during a stay in India. Stress, anxiety or emotional turbulence are common obstructions to inner peace. I want to help you reattune yourself, using 5Rhythms Breathwork and Body Communication. 1) Breathwork: Your breath forms a bridge between the physical and metaphysical world, between your body and your mind, between consciousness and subconsciousness. It's magical how quickly your inner state can change with certain simple breathing exercises. I'd like to guide you through a self-created breathwork journey that follows a wave pattern consisting of five rhythms, starting from low energy to high and back, exactly like the ecstatic dance concept. The practice is beneficial to start the day on a good note, and you can also isolate any of the simple five rhythms in your day-to-day life to obtain the effect you need at any given moment. 2) Body Communication This is the term I gave to a practice that is originally called Focusing. Given this latter word's diverse usage across various contexts, I believe it doesn't fully capture the technique's significant potential. Using this powerful technique, I will help you listen to your body and allow it to guide you in finding peace with any emotional baggage you may be carrying. Your bodily sensations will be the mouthpiece of your subconscious mind. The process is straightforward yet impactful. While it's possible to do it independently, having someone else's assistance or even just their presence makes it much easier and more efficient.

In terms of timing, the Breathwork session lasts around thirty minutes (which won't be charged), while the duration of the Body Communication session varies based on your process, but I generally aim for 1 to 1.5 hours, which makes 1.5 to 2 hours in total for a full session.
