About Cephece
My passion for teaching stems directly from my rewarding experiences in personal development coaching. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse group of young people, including under-30s, young adults navigating life's complexities, and individuals seeking a positive path forward, both during and after incarceration.
Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of guidance and support in shaping young lives ignited a burning desire to transition into a teaching role. Coaching this dynamic range of young people has equipped me with a unique skillset. I understand the intricate challenges and opportunities that young minds face. My experience has honed my ability to build trust and rapport, creating a safe space for open communication and growth. Most importantly, I've helped young people develop the tools and strategies to overcome personal hurdles and make positive choices.
But beyond the specific skills, it's the magic moments that truly fuel my love for coaching. There's an indescribable joy in witnessing the "lightbulb moment" – that spark of understanding that ignites a student's passion for learning. I believe in the power of education to unlock potential and empower young people to build fulfilling futures. Knowing that I can play a role in shaping young minds and fostering positive change in their lives is a deeply rewarding experience.
In essence, my coaching journey has propelled me towards this exciting new chapter. I'm eager to leverage my experience to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where I can empower young people to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
