About Pallavi
I have worked previously as a Software Engineer and am currently working as a Technology (Enterprise Resource Planning) Consultant. I have worked in diverse domains during my MBA co-ops. When in school, I'd love to help out my friends with Maths associated with our Accounting, Statistics, and Finance classes. My transcripts and GMAT scores showcase my dedication and love for quantitative subjects :)
At work, I solve business as well as technical problems for my clients (from different industries) on a regular basis which has allowed me to practice the art of communication.

I believe in keeping it simple always.
I offer logical explanations and try to break down a complicated problem/question into easy, smaller parts which improve understanding. I love drawing inferences from the real world and try to incorporate story boarding using diagrams so that the students can comprehend better and see the relevance of what they are learning.
I like coming prepared for my sessions hence I would ask my students to send me their material and what they'd like to focus on a little ahead of time. It allows me to do my own research as well :)
I set the expectation and ask for continuous feedback which allows me to adjust my methodology as per what works best for the student.
I see the student-teacher equation as two friends learning from each other!
