About Phuc
I am an engineer with real-life working experiences. I have given tutoring sessions since 2012 when I was still at university. Courses I have tutored/taught include mathematics (algebra/geometry/trigonometry), natural sciences (physics/chemistry), and engineering classes (thermodynamics/mechanics). I am willing to travel to any locations within the city of Calgary and is open to both private and group sessions.

My teaching method usually involves a mixture of lecturing, discussion, and problem-solving. A typical tutoring session would begin with a quick discussion, during which the student(s) have the opportunity to ask questions about what they do not understand in class or during the previous session. Then would come a quick lecture on new topics, following by intensive problem-solving practices. The session would end with a quick discussion on the lectured topics and/or discussed problems.
My skills would be helpful for high-school students, who aspire to major in science or engineering in university or university students, who would like to be successful at university. I would also be able to provide some coaching on networking, and job search in the industry.
