About Ahammed
I'm currently doing my Master of Engineering in Smart Manufacturing at Deakin, after finishing a Bachelor's in Computer Science back in India. Numbers and problem-solving have always come naturally to me, and I've spent the last couple of years helping classmates who were stuck on math or coding, just breaking things down until it clicked for them. I want to keep doing that here in Geelong, but in a more structured way, because I know how much difference it makes having someone explain things patiently instead of just rushing through content. Teaching also keeps me sharp on the fundamentals, which honestly helps with my own engineering studies too.

I break things down step by step instead of rushing through the syllabus, so students actually get why something works, not just how to do it. Lessons usually run about an hour, and I keep them relaxed since I know maths and physics can feel stressful. I've been helping classmates with maths, coding, and problem-solving since 2023, and I'm currently doing my Master's in Engineering after finishing a Computer Science degree. Most of my students are high schoolers or first-years who just need someone patient to explain things a different way.
