As a teacher my primary focus is to understand the weakness of the students rather than focusing on just their strength. Before I start with any subject, a screening process is administered where I teach a particular concept related to a subject for example physics, then a screening test is taken to understand the weakness and strength of the student. The questions are designed in such a manner that all the skills of the student can be monitored.
Then after the classes start, every week tests are conducted and curated questions are given in exam format to make students feel prepared for main exams.
Apart from this 1:1 doubt sessions are also arranged at particular time in order to understand problem of every individual in a detailed manner
