About Pratibha

Hello, my name is Pratibha Sen, fresh out of college and pursuing my passion for teaching, online for the first time. Growing up I lived in many towns across India, some in the remotest parts which I would have otherwise not known if my parents didn’t have a transferable job. And I think this has been paramount in shaping my identity today. I love talking to people, listening to their stories, I adapt to new situations very well. I read the energy and adjust.
Throughout my school days, I loved helping everyone with their studies and assignments. I found joy in explaining concepts to my fellow classmates and the feeling of joy that came with them saying 'Ah I get it now'. I started out my teaching journey as a summertime activity in my apartment, helping students with their studies in the summer vacations and making learning fun for them. This intrigued me to continue pursuing knowledge and learning, and I took pro-bono classes in my college time.

I am a recent graduate from Delhi Technological University, in the stream of Engineering Physics. I know how daunting things can be without proper guidance and mentorship, early in your journey. I found myself pretty confused in my high school days, about the journey I want to go on, the career I want to pursue. But with a few permutations and combinations, I landed in the field of engineering pursuing a subject I was the most passionate about(physics and space sciences), from a one of its kind of college. The college experience was one hell of a ride and thankfully I sailed it perfectly, landing 3 job offers, and ultimately joining a fast-paced company as a Product Analyst.
But the teaching side in me always craves knowledge and learning. I didn't want to limit myself to just a day job but carry on my passion for teaching.
My classes will be unique, and since I am just starting off I will be trying to give you my best, with little attention to quantity but a huge emphasis on quality. I will be taking your feedback constantly, and improving along with you. My teaching structure is flexible, and I will mould it to best suit you.
My classes are intended for primary and higher secondary students, will be focused on maths, science and social sciences.
