About Fiona

Hi, I'm Fiona. I enjoy helping students to understand tricky concepts and feel confident in their learning. I’ve tutored Physics and Math at school and helped students and peers improve their understanding in just a few weeks. I focus on making lessons clear, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. I have achieved endorsements particularly in Physics and Calculus and am able to help others to achieve their goals. I like breaking down complex ideas into simple steps, giving examples, and helping students practice so they can feel confident in exams and homework. I’m patient, friendly, and happy to answer questions — no question is too small!

About the lesson

Hour long lessons, two years experience of tutoring.

I offer tutoring in Maths and Calculus (Year 9–13) and Physics (Year 11–13),. Lessons can focus on understanding concepts, homework help, or exam preparation. I am also able to offer tutoring for Level 1 and 2 English and Level 2 and 3 Classical Studies.

Lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s needs. I explain concepts step by step, provide examples, and give practice questions to reinforce learning.

I offer 45–60 minute online lessons via Zoom/Google Meet. I can also provide notes, diagrams, or exercises if needed.
