I work on making sure the fundamentals are solid, then I find ways to relate math to what my students understand and use in their everyday lives. I prefer to teach methods that will always work and make sure my students understand why we solve problems this way. I enforce repetition and asking questions. I can teach all levels of math up to Calculus One.
