About Praewa

I grew up in Bangkok, Thailand studying at an international school and taking IGCSE Maths, English, Physics, Chem, Biology, Economics, Spanish, DT, PE and Further Maths. I moved to the UK when I was 16 for A-Levels where I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry which led me down the path to study Engineering at Cambridge. I have just finished my second year of university and am now looking to help other students to achieve the same goals that I had set out when I was still at school and to get into the Universities of your choice. Aside from academics, I have always loved playing sports especially football and tennis. I particularly enjoy watching women's tennis and my favourite player (at the moment) is Coco Gauff, and it's not just because she won the French Open.

About the lesson

Having been a recent student myself, I am more aware of the current challenges in tackling A-Level and GCSE subjects as well as modern approaches to studying. I will try to apply the same principles used during my own experience to you, and to explain concepts in the best way that you can understand as different people learn in different ways. I believe the best approach to this level of education is to practise past paper questions as much as possible, as this will help you to fully understand the content in context, as well as learning the method to answer questions that will gain marks. Therefore, in my sessions I will aim to cover content but more importantly run through questions with you and help you perfect your approach to exams.
