I love to work with students in expanding their understanding and knowledge in the Spanish and English language. I love to make learning fun and hands on. Spanish is my first academic language and English is my first conversational language. Being bilingual has opened many doors for me.

I have been teaching newcomer students English for the past 2 years. Prior to obtaining my ESL license I worked as a substitute teacher. I work with students in grades kindergarten-12th grade. My day to day schedule is teaching Spanish speakers English and English speakers Spanish. I also have 7+ years as a Spanish interpreter. I have been the interpreter in the medical setting, school setting, meeting settings.
