Hello Mam...its an honour to me to give a recommendation for you. I am a B.A Hons. and M.A in English. But I felt lack of confidence in speaking English. Though the matter is very funny but it was serious for me. On that time I could write English fluently but couldn't speak it fluently. I went to Kolkata 2 years ago for some reason and I found British Council's Baguihati branch. I took there admission and fortunately I got Susmita Mam's class. That proved later a divine bless. Mam is really caring for her weak students. From the very first day she marked my capabilities and incapabilities also. Yes I felt nervous to speak English with fluency among all students at the beginning. In that case mam poked me sometimes to speak out and that scared me a lot. But after few days I started to enjoy the matter. Mam helps to develop the communicative skill through various activities. Some activities are interesting also.
