My qualifications include Mat Pilates Level 3, Pilates For Common Orthopaedic Conditions, Pilates With Small Equipment, Pre And Post Natal Pilates, and Reformer Pilates, so if you're lucky enough to have a carriage at home, I can guide you through your reformer workouts.

I pride myself on making my clients feel comfortable, as well as making my classes fun. Whether you're just starting out, or you attend classes regularly, exercising under a watchful gaze can be daunting. Relax. Enjoy even! You're in safe hands.
My clients range from age 15 to 90.
My passion for started Pilates 15 years ago. I have one leg shorter than the other, which knocks everything else out of alignment. The years I spent weight training just made my muscles tighter and more imbalanced. With Pilates, I gained a new understanding of my anatomy and how to improve my whole self. At 50 years old, I'm in better shape than ever, and I'm super keen to share with you the full body and mindful approach, that Pilates does best.
I have an enhanced DBS, meaning I can teach you or your teens - it's never too early to start thinking about good posture, after all, we all spend a little too much time hunched over our devices. I've taught teens up to those in their late 80s. Everyone can benefit from Pilates, as it's fully adaptable to the individual's age and fitness level.

Details
I'm happy to travel within a 3 mile / 5 km radius for free from my Finchley N3 location. Anything over that is chargeable at a minimal rate.
Please note that my first class is payable at my usual rate, but it will include 30 minutes extra for free - 85 minutes for the price of 55 minutes. This is so I can get to know you, learn about your fitness/injury history, and talk to you about your goals.
If you're new to Pilates, it's always good to have extra time to explain some of the principles of the practice.
