About Saniyah
Hi everyone.
My name is Saniyah Rafiq.
I am currently studying Dentistry at King's College London. I like to teach Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics all at GCSE level. I used to work under an organisation named "Team up" where I would visit less privileged children in schools and educate them in these subjects. Being a closer age to students who are sitting their GCSE's allows me to grasp a greater understanding on how to deliver certain lessons which will benefit the student the most. This can consist of lessons where actual theory is being taught or continuously doing practice papers until knowledge is stuck with the student. I am a really hard working and organised tutor who's excited to make a tangible difference in the lives of the students I teach. Studying the second year of GCSE's via homeschool has really allowed me to develop on my time management and organisational skills as I was teaching majority of the content to myself. I have a younger sister who is also going through her GCSE's and have helped her multiple times with certain aspects she struggled to grasp. Coming from a top grammar school where I attended sixth form has solidified my work ethic and my goals in life. I am someone who is very goal orientated which makes a role like tutoring perfect for me.
