Hi, I’m Veronica! I’m a passionate knitter with a love for creating wearable pieces and helping others learn in a relaxed, supportive way. I’ve worked on everything from simple beginner projects to more detailed garments, and I enjoy breaking techniques down so they feel approachable and easy to follow.

About the lesson

My approach as a knitting tutor is patient, structured, and highly personalized. I believe knitting should feel relaxing and rewarding, not overwhelming, so I focus on building confidence step by step while adapting to each student’s pace and goals.

Teaching method & techniques
I use a hands-on, demonstration-based approach. I break techniques down into small, manageable steps and guide students through repetition until they feel comfortable. I also provide clear explanations of why something works, not just how, so students can troubleshoot on their own. Visual learning is key, so I demonstrate slowly and repeat as needed.

Typical lesson plan
A lesson usually starts with a quick check-in and review of previous skills. Then we introduce a new technique (for example: casting on, knit/purl stitches, increases/decreases, or reading patterns). We practice together, then the student works independently while I guide and correct as needed. I always leave time for questions and end with a small goal or practice task to build consistency.
