About Briella

My interest in Excel began when I recognized its potential for organizing and analyzing complex information effectively. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Information Technology, where I explored data management, automation, and analysis tools. Over 8 years, I have guided students in mastering Excel skills, focusing on both technical competence and practical applications. I teach with clarity, patience, and structured guidance, providing examples, exercises, and project-based learning. I encourage students to experiment, explore functions creatively, and develop confidence in managing and analyzing data independently. Outside teaching, I continue learning advanced Excel techniques, automation methods, and data analysis strategies. Helping learners transform from beginners into proficient, confident Excel users is one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching.

About the lesson

Microsoft Excel becomes powerful when students understand how to organize, analyze, and automate data effectively. I begin lessons with basic functionalities, including cell formatting, formulas, charts, and data entry. Through step-by-step exercises and practical examples, learners gain confidence in performing calculations, presenting data clearly, and managing spreadsheets efficiently.

Intermediate lessons focus on advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and lookup functions. I teach students how to manipulate data, create dynamic reports, and implement error-checking strategies. This stage also introduces problem-solving approaches and practical applications, helping students gain analytical skills and independence when working with complex datasets.

Advanced lessons explore macros, VBA basics, workflow automation, and dashboard creation. Students learn to streamline repetitive tasks, analyze large datasets, and design efficient reporting systems. My approach emphasizes structured guidance, real-world examples, and hands-on projects.
