About Aria
My interest in Excel began through working with digital systems where clear data organization is essential. I earned a B.Sc in Management Information Systems, which gave me strong foundations in business technology and analytical tools. Over 12 years of teaching, I have helped learners build real-world Excel mastery through patient and structured instruction.
I believe Excel should be taught with clarity and simplicity. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step learning, repetition through practice, and helping students feel comfortable with functions and tools. I enjoy guiding learners who feel unsure at first, showing them how quickly spreadsheets become manageable.
Outside tutoring, I stay connected with modern productivity tools and evolving data practices. Teaching Excel is meaningful because it gives students an immediately useful skill. Supporting learners as they become confident and independent with data is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Excel is one of the most valuable tools for organizing information, analyzing data, and improving productivity. In my lessons, I teach learners how to confidently use spreadsheets for academic tasks, workplace reporting, budgeting, and personal organization. I focus on helping students understand how Excel functions work so they can apply skills independently.
Lessons are tailored to the learner’s level. Beginners start with formatting, basic formulas, clean table building, and spreadsheet navigation. Intermediate learners explore logical functions, lookup tools, chart creation, and structured data sorting. Advanced students develop skills in pivot tables, dashboards, efficiency shortcuts, and professional reporting techniques. Each session includes hands-on exercises and supportive feedback.
