About Michaela

Career changers often sit in my sessions trying to map their old skills to spreadsheet design. I recall my first day at Lockheed Martin struggling to remember specific keyboard shortcuts while a supervisor watched. I use my Georgia Tech degree to organize lessons on formulas, functions, INDEX and MATCH, and SUMIFS.

I help you understand date functions and VBA essentials so you can complete tasks more efficiently.

About the lesson

Initial sessions focus on identifying exactly what you need to stop doing manually. Macros can automate your entire workflow. I spent 10 years refining these processes at Lockheed Martin to ensure efficiency.

My engineering background ensures our sessions remain technical and structured. We look at your current spreadsheets to find immediate improvements. You will walk away with a functional setup for your next project.

Bringing your own data helps us fix actual problems. Understanding the logic behind a function matters more than just copying the syntax. Let us build your confidence one cell at a time. The goal is to make your reporting faster and more precise.
