• What motivates you to teach and why?

  I believe in the phrase "whatever you learn to be shared, with that we enhance our knowledge!" The hunger for learning increases when we start teaching!

• When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?

  As my childhood was fully around creative and intelligent people! I got those learnings and started developing the interest and explore more on the subjects!

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of and why?

  My role model is my mom! Though she wont teach syllabus, she taught me life lessons! How to face challenges and live life! Also, she is my motivation as she is completely dedicated, she is skillfull and once she thinks, she ll not stop till she completes and importantly, however the life gets tough she welcomes the challenges with a smile!

• What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?

  I m happy to say that i have had teachers, guides and elders who constantly guided me and never made me to get stuck and feel its an obstacle!
  I can say at times when i was losing confidence that i cannot make it! My people were standing by my side, motivated n made sure i'm going ahead!

• In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?

  Dedication, practice, never give up attitude and smart logics can make someone excel

• What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?

  I ll make them realise why did they start first of all and I ask them to try one last time and i ll make sure the student finds it better and make them not to give up! Also with the saying "impossible too says i'm possible"

• How does someone become a Super Teacher?

  Learning is a constant thing! A teacher also needs to upgrade themselves constantly.
  Also, understanding the strength and weakness of the child and building confidence in the child with love and dedication makes someone a super teacher!
