About Phoenix
With over 20 years experience in the medical field, I was able to complete and obtain my Yoga Teacher Training certificate (200 hr.) In 2012. In my personal experience dealing with both high cholesterol and high blood pressure, I was determined to take necessary steps to get my health back. Through making healthier for choices and becoming more active through exercise methods, I was able to bring both my cholesterol and high blood pressure back to normal ranges without medication! Through us working together, I can do the same for you!

I approach each client according to their physical and dietary needs, and any physical limitations and develop a method that will work around those limitations to make exercise both fun and challenging. No one starts out running marathons, but it takes personal hard work and accountability to make it happen. You can do anything you set your mind to!
