About Michelle
Boston native Michelle, the first American International Dancehall Queen, is a certified BASICS chakra & color therapy practitioner with 18+ years in dance & fitness. As a mom of twins and the founder of SoulFire Movement, she uses dance to uplift and energize individuals and organizations, promoting emotional well-being. Known as "Smallie" Michelle, her high-energy workout classes blend Dancehall, Afrobeat, Hip Hop and more, infused with her contagious joy. During her early dance and fitness career she's performed alongside artists like as WizKid, Mr. Vegas to EDM DJs such as Pauly D and Aoki. Michelle has trained with some of the best dance fitness companies and gyms such as 305 Fitness and Equinox. Her fierce dance moves and down-to-earth style makes her an inspiring instructor, delivering a fun, intense workout with heart and soul.

Are you seeking a mindful but HIGH-energy movement workout? Look no further! I invite you to embark on a transformative journey through my Dance, Sweat, Meditation workout.
Join me for a personal 1 on 1 session that I created to originally help me navigate my daily emotions. I design this class to use dance, fitness, yoga-inspired stretches and chakra/color meditation to bring me into a "happy place" after doing my high intensity workouts. Think Zumba meets Zen! My playlist is LIT, fun and includes genres such as Hip-Hop, R&B, lots of Soca and Afrobeats, Pop, Salsa, bachata and conscious affirmation tunes. Let's turn up and Zen out.
Class begins with a HIGH-energy movement segment that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. The amount of time will be determined by you and which tier you prefer. Afterward, we cool down and transition into a mild yoga-inspired stretch session, followed by a mini meditation that leaves you feeling relaxed and at ease.

Each tier provides the same high-quality class experience – a fun, energetic workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Tier 1: Soul ($30/30 minutes): This tier is perfect for those looking for a quick and accessible way to experience SoulFire Movement. Every minute counts, and you'll still get a good workout.
-Benefit: Flexible and budget-friendly.
-Benefit: GREAT for beginners.
30 minute class structure:
Dance and Sweat: 0 min -20 min
Yoga stretch: 20 min - 25 min
Meditate: 25 min -30 min
Tier 2: Fire ($45/45 minutes): This tier offers a slightly longer class experience, allowing you to delve deeper into the movements and and leave feeling accomplished.
-Benefit: More time to dance and sweat.
-Benefit: The perfect lunch break workout time.
45 minute class structure:
Dance and Sweat: 0 min -35 min
Yoga stretch: 35 min - 40 min
Meditate: 40 min -45 min
Tier 3: Movement ($60/60 minutes): This tier provides the FULL SoulFire Movement experience, giving you lots of time to dance more, sweat more, and more time to cool down and meditate. Immerse yourself in the HIGH energy and leave feeling completely recharged.
-Benefit: Maximize your movement and mindfulness.
60 minute class structure:
-Dance and Sweat: 0 min - 45 min
- Yoga stretch: 45 min - 55 min
- Meditate: 55 min -60 min
