As a dedicated band director and music educator, I, Dr. Matinzicio Edmondson, bring a structured, passionate, and student-centered approach to every lesson. My approach combines traditional music education techniques—such as embouchure and posture training, rhythmic accuracy, tone development, and reading music notation—with creative strategies like call-and-response exercises, ensemble listening activities, and student-led warm-ups.
