About Alexander
I am an Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA (International Sports Science Association) with a Martial arts background in MMA, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiujitsu, and completed ACSM's course Exercise Management for persons with Chronic Diseases and Disabilities. I am currently part of the McGill Athletics and Recreational personal training team, U.N.I Training team situated in the Old Port near Notre Dame Basilica , and I have my own personal clients that I train at either their homes or at my studio.

Perfect! Alexander is an excellent personal trainer and coach. He creates a welcoming atmosphere and I really enjoy training with him. Perfect! We did some exercises to warm up some muscles. We worked on some punches. He had his boxing gloves and small pads to hit. Then we practiced some kicks. He knew how to motivate me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Over the course of the last 10 weeks alex has made me enjoy working out again. He makes the workouts tailored to my goal and adjusted them based on weaknesses he saw in my movements. I feel better than I have in a long time and am motivated to keep getting better. He made the time to reach out during the week to see how I was doing and how my body was reacting to the workout we did. Extremely professional and great knowledge on his craft. Would recommend Alexander to anyone that is looking for a personal trainer. Came prepared to our session with a training plan, and specific exercises tailored to my goals. Also, he’s a great guy!
I took a wrestling class with Alexander and I only have positive things to say. He took his time with everyone to individually go through the techniques until you got them right and really focused on building us up from the fundamentals. The best part of training with Alex is his attitude. He is a super approachable and fostered a friendly atmosphere in the class.
