About Natasha
I am an experienced chemistry teacher and have worked in a variety of schools including a local grammar school. I like to identify the barriers to my students' learning and help them to develop strategies such as exam technique and calculation steps. Humour is important and I find that creating a warm environment where students know that it is ok to say that they don't understand is vital to making the tutoring session successful.
I have experience of teaching OCR A level chemistry and AQA GCSE chemistry but have also tutored Edexcel GCSE chemistry as well.
Although my specialism is chemistry, I am happy to go over any areas of GCSE physics or biology too.
Having studied at Oxford University, I have an insight into the admissions process and was able to use it the advantage of one of my students this year when I prepped her for her interview, she has now been offered a place to study medicine.
