About Eliot

Ive been playing drums since I was nine, over a decade later and I haven't put my sticks down.
Playing drums has led me to see so many places and meet so many people.
I've played in countless original and session bands since my teens, played round the country in including some well-known venues and festivals, and spent lots of time in studios recording.
Music has been and will always continue to be a huge part of my life.
I started teaching privately at around 15, and have since taught in schools and through external companies as well.
Unfortunately its hard to get paid much playing drums in pubs around the UK, but teaching has allowed me to live off of sharing everything I've learned and helping other people enjoy the instrument as much as I do.

About the lesson

No one learns the same.
I have taught a large range of students, from 4 year olds to 70 year olds.
Students with different learning needs and processes.
Students with a dedication to learning and improving, and students who just want to play along to their favourite songs.

My lessons are based off of your goals and what you would like to get out of playing drums, as well as what helps you learn effectively and enjoy the process too.
