About Lena

I have a Master's degree in Education and have taught in a public school for many years. My career as a private tutor started when I was in high school and has been going on ever since. I love my job because it gives me an opportunity not only to feel demanded, but also it helps me connect with people all around the world and discover new things about their culture.

About the lesson

I have worked in school for more than 15 years and taught students of all ages. We can work on whatever skills you need to improve. I can find an approach to anyone. My lessons are always fun and useful.

I had Lena as a student when she was already an English teacher, but wanted to improve her skills, and I was deeply impressed by her knowledge of the English language and her enthusiasm for improving her English and western cultural knowledge, as well as her love of learning yet more languages, like Spanish. She is a conscientious and responsible person who has recently escaped the Russian-occupied region of southern Ukraine, yet has remained focused and steadfast in creating a new life as a refugee in the west. I highly recommend her for lessons or translation assistance.

Lena and I have been friends for many years and I know her as a reliable person with a good command of the English language and a great teacher.
I also used to be a member of the language clubs where Lena was a teacher, and from experience I was convinced of her great teaching skills
