About Yoshita
Hi! I’m an enthusiastic English Literature A-Level student, currently predicted top grades and passionate about helping others discover the joy and confidence that come with mastering English. I achieved grade 9s in both English Literature and Language at GCSE, and I love sharing the tips, techniques, and approaches that helped me reach those top marks. I understand that English can feel challenging, whether it’s analyzing complex texts or structuring essays, but with the right guidance, it becomes much more enjoyable. My goal is to make lessons supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs, helping them feel confident in both exams and everyday communication.

During the first lesson, I am focused on getting to know how each student learns best and what their goals are. I tailor every session to suit their needs, whether that’s essay feedback, text analysis, or exam preparation.
Lessons are around one hour, designed to be engaging, structured, and confidence-building.
I achieved two grade 9s in GCSE English Literature and Language and am currently an A-Level English Literature student, predicted top grades. Having recently been through the exam system myself, I understand what’s needed to reach top grades.
I mainly teach GCSE students, but also support younger learners and those studying other curricula who want to improve their English skills.
