About Madeline
I’m currently a Finance student at university, and fitness has been a big part of my life for many years. I first fell in love with the gym when I was 14 and have been training consistently since I was 16. Over time, I learned a lot about training and nutrition through my own experience and by working with a personal trainer myself. I started as a complete beginner, so I understand the struggles people face when starting their fitness journey. I’m very passionate about fitness and helping others build healthier habits. I’m also a big foodie, and after recovering from an eating disorder in the past, I learned how to diet and eat in a balanced, healthy way without harming your body. Because of that experience, I focus on helping people build a sustainable lifestyle with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness, not just quick results.
