About Lidwine

I'm a French native teacher who settled in Victoria in 2016. I have grown a passion for languages at an early age and have taught both English and French for more than 10 years in France to people aged from 3 to 75 and now in Canada for two years. I have worked in associations, schools, companies, at university and as a private tutor. I am currently working with l'Alliance Française de Victoria.

About the lesson

I enjoy explaining the subtlety of my mother tongue and sharing its culture, but also helping foreigners with their English.
Depending on the level and aim of the student, I like to work on speaking (you need to speak a language and not only write it) and in a light & fun atmosphere (learning is more efficient when you take pleasure in it!). The support depends on the age of the students, the use of a book as a frame is usually best with adults.
