About Nancy
At 16, I am a confident and versatile tutor specialising in Maths, English, Computer Science, and Chemistry up to GCSE level. I recently achieved 10 grade 9s and 1 grade 8 at a highly regarded grammar school and am now studying Maths and Further Maths at A-level. Having recently completed my GCSEs, I understand the current curriculum and can relate to my students’ experiences, helping them navigate challenges effectively. My young age demonstrates my up-to-date knowledge of the system, while my experience as a school mentor and previous tutor ensures my legitimacy as a tutor. I aim to inspire success, invoke interest in learning and help students make progress.

I believe firmly in an active-learning approach and thus each lesson will include both knowledge, practice questions and feedback as well as regular updates to parents on their child's progress. I am currently doing my A-levels, studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Economics. I have achieved 10 9s and one 8 in my GCSEs. I also regularly mentor for my school which has provided me adequate experience in teaching and adapting to the student's learning techniques. My lessons are for anyone currently doing GCSEs and even students in younger years and still in primary school.
