About Ashley
I have been a lifelong student of psychology with a love for finding solutions to the core issue.
I began my journey as a meditation teacher because of my own need to quiet my anxiety and calm my nervousness.
With over 10 years experience, I have learned that mindfulness is a habit that can be learned to better our quality of life.

Each lesson teaches you how to recognize thought patterns, acknowledge them and how to use mindfulness and music to regulate your nervous system.
Each lesson is uniquely curated to fit the needs of my students. Our first class will include goal setting and strategies to track progress towards that goal.
