About Scott

I’m offering one-on-one tutoring for students who want clear explanations and patient, personalized support. My focus is on neuroscience, psychology, biology, research methods, and academic writing, and I love helping people make sense of material that feels overwhelming at first. I can help you break down complex concepts, prepare for exams, plan and edit essays, and build study strategies that actually work. As a neuroscience student with experience in science communication, I’m comfortable explaining things in a way that feels intuitive and engaging. About the lesson

My method of teaching is to first understand what the student aims to get out of the session- what do you need to know? From there, we can work together to fill gaps in your knowledge, and create a guide for you to follow so you can keep learning even after the session.
