About Tracey
Hi, I’m Tracy! I’m outgoing, ambitious, full of energy and love a good laugh. I’ve worked in social care for many years and have always enjoyed working with people, helping them find their confidence and seeing them do well.
I’m a straight talker and tend to say things as they are, but always with warmth and a sense of humour. I love a good discussion, hearing different points of view and getting people to think about things in ways they might not have considered before.
Outside of work, I’m very family-orientated, love cooking, spending time with friends and family and getting away on holiday whenever I can. Anywhere with a bit of sunshine suits me — the British rain is definitely not for me!
I take my work seriously, but not myself. I think you can have a laugh, be yourself and still have really meaningful conversations. That’s what I hope to bring to my sessions.

Social work is rarely straightforward, and sometimes you just need someone who really understands the world you’re working in to help you make sense of it all!
I’ve spent years working in social care leadership and management, leading teams, navigating complex organisations and supporting social workers at different stages of their careers. I know how challenging, exciting and sometimes frustrating this work can be.
My approach is also shaped by my foundation-level systemic and psychodynamic training at the Tavistock, where I developed a real interest in understanding people, relationships, teams and organisations from different perspectives. I bring together multidisciplinary thinking, reflective practice and evidence-based research, but always with an eye on what actually works in the real world.
Our sessions won’t be lectures! They’re a chance to think out loud, ask questions, explore different perspectives and get to the heart of what’s really going on. I’ll help you step back,
