About Barr
I am a qualified somatic practitioner and meditation teacher passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner calm. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and body-based healing practices that support lasting wellbeing. I offer a professional, compassionate, and safe space where students feel seen and supported. I love teaching because it is rewarding to witness people grow in confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and peace.

I teach somatic meditation classes that help students reconnect with the body, release stored stress, and build emotional balance through gentle awareness practices. Somatic means body-based learning, using breath, movement, sensation, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and guided with care. Suitable for beginners and experienced students, adults of all ages, and anyone seeking calm, healing, confidence, and inner connection.
