My teaching approach is practical, friendly, and focused on real-world computer and IT skills. I believe students learn better through hands-on practice rather than only theory. During my lessons, I explain concepts step by step, provide live demonstrations, and guide students through practical exercises to build confidence and technical understanding.
I teach computer applications, internet usage, IT support, networking basics, WiFi troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware/software problem-solving. I also help students understand common real-life technical issues and how to solve them professionally.

I have 2 years of hands-on experience as an IT Support Specialist, including network troubleshooting, internet issue resolution, WiFi support, and help desk assistance. I also have 2 years of experience teaching computer applications and helping students improve their technical and computer skills.
