About Chelsea

As a passionate Grade 8 teacher in School District 43, I believe every student is capable of success when they feel supported, understood, and confident in their learning. Building positive relationships with students is at the heart of my teaching, and I strive to create a calm, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their growth. With experience supporting a wide range of learners, I tailor each tutoring session to meet your child's individual needs, helping them strengthen skills, build confidence, and develop a genuine understanding of the material rather than simply memorizing it.

About the lesson

Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea, and I am a Grade 8 teacher in School District 43 (SD43) with experience supporting students across a variety of learning needs and abilities.

I am offering one-on-one tutoring for students in Grades 3–8 in:
️ English Language Arts (reading, writing, comprehension, grammar)
Math
Social Studies

Whether your child needs extra support, wants to build confidence, prepare for the upcoming school year, or simply stay sharp over the summer, I create engaging, personalized lessons tailored to their individual goals.
