About Amanda
Are you curious about what factors create culture, the history of human beings, or why ancient civilizations rose up from obscurity? Do you want to understand the connections between ancient and modern languages? Are you preparing for a test on ancient Rome, Greece, Mesopotamia, Egypt, or Indigenous American civilizations? Let's dive in and explore what being human is all about through the subject of anthropology!
I have a bachelor's degree in anthropology with a concentration in environmental studies, which means I studied anthropology from the perspective of how the environment affects humans and how we in turn have an effect on it. I graduated Suma Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.9. I am currently in graduate school studying social psychology, which shares many theoretical foundations with anthropology. My passions are anything and everything anthropology-related.
