About Madelaine
Your Sweet Escape is always there for you! We are willing to travel up to 25 miles of Deerfield Beach. We will evaluate any individual requests that are further than our set area.
The only thing you will need to provide is a clean, working kitchen where your personal Pastry Chef will be able to set up their tools. All specialty ingredients will be provided by us and a shopping list of basic ingredients will be provided to you reflecting the recipes of the class you choose. You will then supply all the required basic ingredients (if you are choosing the personal tutoring program) or share the shopping list among the group for your group class.
We proudly offer vegan and gluten free baking classes! Inquire about special dietary requests in your message.
The only thing left to do is to grab a comfortable pair of slippers and maybe a glass of wine, and let's start learning the beautiful art of Pastry or Cake Decorating!
The biggest reward of the work we do is seeing the pride on the faces of our students after they complete a project that they initially thought was impossible! We are here to show you that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible!
