About Jay

I fully enjoy helping an athlete know who they are, find their limits and tackle those limits. This is physical and mental process that I enjoy being a part of. Establishing new standards as an athlete is what gives confidence on the field of play.

This was a great way for our son to get ready for the upcoming season. Thanks Coach Jay for pushing and motivating our son to work harder. We will definitely be watching for new sessions in the off-season.
