My son has made tremendous progress in his 8th grade ELA class. He went from a 60% failing score to a 86% passing score on his District Assessment in just 3 short months. The experience was awesome..... When I wanted to give up he always encouraged, supported, and motivated me to keep going. The end result was what I needed to see... In four months I was down 33lbs. No internet diets or pills, just the exercise and meal plans that were given to me.

Next Level is very responsive to calls and texts messages about questions I may have. On my first session they got to know my goals and had a short workout session that I felt the next day, which is just what I was looking for. The process is very professional. I have enjoyed getting started with them. I now feel motivated, and challenged. They understood my knee injury and help map out a plan that works for me. They are friendly and flexible. Workouts have been interesting, and very effective. I love that I can feel every workout but I'm not Too sore that I want to quit LOL!
