About John
Hey guys! My name is John Morehead and my expertise is in basketball and fitness training. I have a passion for training, coaching, and playing the game of basketball. I began playing ball at the age of 3 years old, and I’ve had much success throughout my adolescent years all the way to college. Along the way I’ve helped train my younger brother who also did really well and ranked as a top player in the country in his class of 2017. My college years I took time off from organized basketball and studied sports management and kinesiology.
Now that I’m done playing organized ball, I spend a lot of my time in the gym practicing daily while also practicing a more healthy lifestyle. Trying different foods and workouts to gain the best results is super exciting to me.
Working with me will be fun and exciting yet difficult at times but very rewarding. I will help push you to be the best you can possibly be. You will receive mental and physical coaching. Not only do I want to help train you, but I want to build a personal relationship with you as a mentor, a leader. We will practice new lifestyle disciplines, so what we learn on the court can also be implemented off the court. I’m open to all trainees with all experience levels. Let’s get to it!
