About Terrance

I will challenge you mentally and build you physically. The game is mentally as it is physical. Combining the two during training, creates a limitless monster. Your athlete will grow. You will grow. Together we will accomplish success! Keep Going 💫!

About the lesson

On the first day I'll have them compete against me. That same day I'll assess their technique, strength & mobility, as well as find out a little back story of their individual goals.

I've worked with students as young as 4 years old and as old as 75. I'm the best fit for your athlete and yourself if you decide to join.

Once you connect with the teacher, they should hold you accountable not only for working out but making sure you're taking care of things at home and at school.

Man I don’t know where to start! Terrance is very experienced with personal fitness, and has a good handle on how to target areas to get results. He is always on time, reliable, and very personable. He works well with limitations (such as previous surgeries) and other constraints, and tailors the session to your needs. I’ve had 9 sessions with Terrance so far, and it’s turning out to be the best fitness decision I’ve made EVER. I had almost no strength training experience and was rubbish my first session. However, with Terrance’s coaching, I’m surprising myself and looking forward to how much further I can push myself. I highly recommend Terrance for all your fitness goals.
