High recommend this guy! My son had no clue how to play basketball and he trained my kid so well before high school try outs and he’s been amazing on the court and also he challenged him with exercises to help with his strength & I’ve also trained with him & he knows how to target the muscle memory very well to help build muscle. I been making bookings with coach rob ever since.

Coach Rob has been an amazing tool in Lea’s arsenal. She went from averaging one point a game so now seven points a game. Most importantly, I’ve seen a dramatic change in her confidence and all around personality through the very game of basketball all done by Coach Rob. Thanks man you’re awesome.

Coach Rob has a way of connecting and pulling the absolute best out of his players. He’s patient and a very strong teacher!! I highly recommend!! My son’s game has come a loooonnng way and Coach Rob is taking him to another level!!
