A common question athletes get a lot is who are some of their most memorable coaches are and in my answer, Coach Jorge would be one of them. One of the most knowledgeable coaches I’ve had, coach Jorge has been consistent through more adversity than any coach should see. He is always there for his players and goes the extra mile and beyond. One of Jorge’s biggest strengths are identifying personal and utilizing them in the most effective way possible. Aside from the analytics, the relationships he builds with the players cannot be quantified in value. He’s easily been the most valuable asset to the coaching staff and every player would endorse that statement. The University of Redlands has been very lucky and fortunate to have him on the team.
