Moya Fitness and Performance provides individuals the opportunity to exceed their fitness expectations. This is delivered through expert coaching, high-quality equipment, convenient scheduling and exceptional exercise programs.
I love helping people! I love the interaction, the results, the conversation, the friendship and all that comes with it. It's priceless to see one go from "nothing" to doing more than what they asked from themselves.
Sports have literaly saved my life! I was in love with the requirements it took to endure such activites, and to be able to be elite. I was always an athlete, but then one summer I started a workout regimen and saw great results. My teammates saw the difference and asked if they could join, so there I was a freshman in highschool training the entire team. Once I found out that you could get paid to do it, there was nothing else I have wanted to do so bad.
I am a very diverse trainer! I first am certified through NPTI- National Personal Trainers Institute which is a six month hands on course covering 600 hours of nutrition, CPR/AED and first aid, 100 hours of nutrtion and more! To tag along here are the rest of my credentials:
