About Elijah
"Ring Kings Boxing" is about self defense first, then passion, then sport. Alot of schools have children that experience being bullied on a daily, year to year basis. I do believe that the school system do their best to resolve this issue, but has failed to have solution. I encourage every human being old or young to have some type of self defense training. I was bullied at a young age in elementary so I know the awful feeling of being picked on. My father introduced me to boxing, and I fell in love with it because of the confidence it gave me when I went to school! Lets just say I got to eat my lunch, and I no longer had to worry about being bullied anymore. After a long time of training I turned boxing into a passion, and went on to compete in various of tournaments, won medals, trophies, recognition from other teams, and my grades also went up in school!!! Boxing has the best condition with a complete workout than any sport I know. It is combined with arobics and anaerobics. It also keeps your heart healthy reducing your bpms, due too some of the best cardio! And its affordable!!! "Ring Kings Boxing" has some of the best training you can get from pros to Ams, and people who just want to burn calories, and get a good sweat. Welcome to "Ring Kings Boxing"!
Boxing has the best condition with a complete workout than any other sport I know. It also keeps your heart healthy, by reducing your BPMS due to some othe best cardio (running, heavy bag, and Mitt work).
