About Mark
I've boxed combined as an amateur and professional for over 22 years. You may only be looking to get in shape, however I give both cardio and function in what I teach. Your goal may not ever be to compete, but you will have the ability if you apply yourself with time and effort. I have a career and do this to keep myself in shape and I love what boxing does to the person physically and mentally.
In the gym with other boxers growing in their trade.

men and women who have natural talents to never throwing a punch in their life.
Know why you want to learn also know that nothing comes over night or in a single lesson and know this is beyond 'learning a dance' this is a way to build self confidence of being able to handle yourself and safety.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Do I have the time and dedication to learning. Can I handle being pushed. Can I handle physical training. Do I have the money not just for the lessons but the gear needed.
